For two-time Super Bowl champion, Patrick Mahomes, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback just added another flex to his playbook as part of a new partnership with Azuki, according to a press release now shared with nft.
The Museum of Mahomes (MOM), an innovative digital collectibles platform founded by the two-time NFL Superbowl champion and DOM marketing agency, is using blockchain technology to help redefine how fans collect sports cards and memorabilia.
It unveiled its latest partnership with the decentralized anime storytelling brand on Monday afternoon. This also marks Azuki’s second venture into sport partnerships, following the 2022 partnership with Formula 1’s Oracle Red Bull Racing.
As part of the collaboration, MOM will release a physical trading card exclusively for original Azuki token holders, featuring Mahomes custom artwork designed by the Azuki art team. This is free for current Azuki token holders.
One of the trading cards will be a special one-on-one card with additional Mahomes-themed design elements, also created by Azuki’s art team. This unique trading card will be raffled by a member of the Azuki community among the Azuki community during a live stream later this month.

In March 2021, MOM sold 500 one-of-a-kind digital collectibles, generating $3.7 million in revenue and breaking the world record for highest-grossing athlete NFT drop within a 20-minute time frame. The curated, open edition digital art collection reflected key moments in Mahomes’ life.
MOM’s partnership with Azuki marks an innovative step into the world of digital sports collectibles. This now gives Azuki’s community the chance to access exclusive memorabilia showcasing Patrick Mahomes’ standout early achievements.
